That is nice! It looks like an actual model of one, not an animated one.

Do you think you could please post downloads? I have DAZ studio 3.0. They run on the runtime folder with the textures, geometries, and library folders. Thanks! I work on my models since 3 years now, you will never find them for download anywhere. But who knows I may finish the models, texture and animate them and sell each of them for 10 or 15 000 usd who knows I may need money. These models are professional models for movie not for fun my friend, they are very hard to create, you need to start from a scanable maquette, I buy each between 500 to 1000 USD. And I had to buy the scanner which cost 2500 USD. It takes me 3 weeks to create the Triceratops, a 3D special effects maker is payed 400 USD for one working day. So if somebody make the model for you it will cost 8000 USD. Do you really think I will work again and again for years and just give my models to the first guy who ask? And believe me you are not the first one who ask. And just for the informations daz studio won't open a 10 millions polygones model on a classic computer without problem. I have a professional computer build for special effects and sometime I need 30 or 40 hours to render a picture on 3dsmax or maya.

Here is a test I made ( 44 hours to render that picture), sometime I stop to make dino to create some structures. Unfortunatly I will stop to make dino for a while. I'm looking for a job and the guy asked a 2d demo reel ( blu screen, explosions, text ...). So no more dino this month. I'll be back to them next month. By giu3232 at 2010-04-13

That looks fantastic, really great work! The maquettes look awesome and I can't wait to see the Stegosaur done this way. Are you going to do anything with the baby Raptor? Have you not got a Spinosaur yet? I will be able to supply you with a Compy and Parasaur soon too.

Maybe, you can hire a sculpter for the parasaurolophus, and if you need a compsognathus, I saw a lot on eBay. I saw 2 The Lost World one and a Jurassic Park /// one.

They were all there less than a year ago. The JP3 one was there sometime in 2010.

I search JP props two or three times a week on ebay and I just saw one unpainted scannable maquette from TLW, in JPIII all the models are CGI, no animatronics.

Here is a test I made on the baby raptor I received from Supersaurus. The tail was curved and the mouth was closed so I had to make some modifications. The painting was made just for fun and is not definitive. I'm still waiting for the recast of the original sws stegosaur he must send me. I have no answer from him and hope to receive it. With this picture, you can see what looks like a Supersaurus baby raptor model. I hope this help you guys. By giu3232 at 2010-04-27
