i just read in JPLegacy, it said that it was because of the camera angles. whichj I don't get. I'm thinking that the area Rex came from wasn't a cliff. but then it turned into a steep drop... which would be dangerous for the Rex.

The Raptor at the beginning of the film I believe to be a Nublar Raptor. After all, it was being loaded into the pen seen later in the film where Muldoon discovers they've escaped from. These are the ones hunting the kids in the kitchen sequence. I don't recall any reference to other Raptor types in that film?

that's enoguh time for them to make a new raptor and send the 1st type to Sorna The Kitchen style Raptors were grown adults. I think it would take quite a lot of years for those to grow up, and the incident at the beginning of the film couldn't have happened that long ago. Muldoon doesn't look like he's aged much since then! Anyway, I can see a clear shot of the Raptors head and eye through the cage wall and is clearly the Raptor we see throughout Jurassic Park. Check it out!

The big One, she was the main raptor, in the last scene, it was the one that jumped on the T-rex.
