Really?!! That seems pretty unusual for a school not to have an art teacher/class. So what type of modeling clay did you get (oil-based or water-based)? How did you do your armature? How far have you progressed? Please post pics when you can.

the modeling clay is oil based and amature is a dillo body made of pipe cleaners

that's a bit unproportional. Dinosaurs like Dilo's are longer by 2x there height, that or 2x the height.

The one in JP was 3 feet tall, and around 5 feet long. so it should be 10 in x 6 in.

The 1/1 Dilophosaur in JP is more like 4ft tall and 11ft long. The head alone is almost 1ft.
