They were both originally from the same sculpture, but the top one had been modified to create a male version. Top is Male, bottom pic Female. They're two seperate models.

The top one has a more natural shine to it, and more detailed. and isn't the body on the bottom one too small for it's head?
i have honestly hated the picture of Rex JurassicMegaFan posted, It's make it look demented.

The body is the same size as in the movie, it's just that the camera was up close to the head so it appears bigger and out of proportion.
